What We Are

Rando OS ("we", "us", "the platform") is the operating system for Bags.fm token creators. We provide holder intelligence, fee analytics, AI strategy chat, creator discovery tools, and campaign outreach features. We operate at randosys.app and via the @RandoOSBot Telegram bot.

What We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our services:

• Public blockchain data: Token mints, holder addresses, fee distributions, and transaction data. This is already public on the Solana blockchain.
• Telegram chat IDs: Used to maintain session state (watched token, wallet address, conversation context). No Telegram usernames or personal details are stored.
• Wallet addresses you provide: Only when you voluntarily link a wallet via /wallet. Used solely to show your claimable fees.
• Creator lookup data: When you search for a creator, we query the Bags.fm public API. We do not store creator social media data beyond short-term caching.
• Usage analytics: Basic request counts and error logs for system health. No tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no third-party analytics.

What We Don't Collect

• No emails, passwords, or personal identification
• No private keys or seed phrases (we never ask for these)
• No cookies or browser fingerprinting
• No social media passwords or OAuth tokens
• No financial data beyond publicly available on-chain information

How We Use Data

• Display token analytics, holder data, and fee information
• Power AI-generated reports and strategy recommendations
• Send proactive check-ins via Telegram (opt-out available via /quiet)
• Improve platform reliability and performance

Third-Party Services

We interact with the following external services:

• Bags.fm API: Token data, creator info, fee shares
• Solana RPC: On-chain holder data and token accounts
• DexScreener API: Market prices and trading data
• Anthropic Claude / Amazon Nova: AI chat and report generation. Conversation context is sent to these providers. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Railway: Hosting and database infrastructure

Data Retention

Telegram session data is retained while active and cleaned up monthly for inactive sessions. On-chain data caches expire within 5-10 minutes. AI conversation context retains the last 8 messages per session and is cleared on session cleanup.

Your Controls

• /quiet: Stop proactive Telegram messages
• /unquiet: Resume proactive messages
• You can stop using the bot at any time by blocking it on Telegram. Your session data will be cleaned up automatically.

Security

All API communications use HTTPS. Database connections are encrypted. Rate limiting is applied per-user to prevent abuse. We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. AI outputs are sanitized before display.

Children

Rando OS is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be announced via the Telegram bot and on this page.
