1. Acceptance

By using Rando OS (randosys.app, the @randoapp Telegram bot, or any associated services), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

2. What Rando OS Is

Rando OS is the operating system for Bags.fm token creators. We provide holder intelligence, fee analytics, AI strategy chat, creator discovery, and campaign outreach tools built on public blockchain data. We are NOT a financial advisor, exchange, or custodial service.

3. Not Financial Advice

4. No Custody

Rando OS never holds, controls, or has access to your funds, tokens, or private keys. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. If anyone claiming to be Rando OS asks for these, it is a scam. All fee claims happen directly on bags.fm through your own wallet.

5. Data Accuracy

We pull data from public sources including the Solana blockchain, Bags.fm API, and DexScreener. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. On-chain data may be delayed. AI-generated content may contain errors. Market data is approximate.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own trading and financial decisions
• You will not use Rando OS to harass, stalk, or spam creators
• You will not attempt to abuse, exploit, or attack the platform
• You will not use the creator lookup tools for doxxing or malicious purposes
• You will not misrepresent Rando OS's AI outputs as professional financial advice
• You comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

7. Creator Campaign Guidelines

When using the Campaigns and Reveal features to spread awareness about unclaimed creator fees:

• Public posts only. Do not send direct messages to creators.
• Keep content factual. Do not exaggerate or make false claims.
• All claim links must go to bags.fm, not third-party sites.
• Respect creators who do not respond. Do not spam repeatedly.
• Do not use these tools for pump-and-dump schemes or market manipulation.

8. AI Limitations

Rando OS uses AI models (Claude Haiku, Amazon Nova Lite) to generate reports, strategies, and chat responses. These models can hallucinate, produce incorrect data, give contradictory advice, or make errors. AI outputs are tools for your consideration, not directives to follow blindly.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Rando OS running 24/7 but make no uptime guarantees. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, deployment, third-party API outages, or other circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rando OS and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to: losses from trading decisions influenced by our data or AI outputs, missed fee claims, inaccurate holder data, or platform downtime.

11. Intellectual Property

The Rando OS name, logo, and platform code are proprietary. Content generated by Rando OS's AI tools may be freely used by the recipient. Public blockchain data displayed on the platform is not our intellectual property.

12. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to Rando OS at our discretion, including for abuse, excessive API usage, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced via Telegram and on this page.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the platform operators. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal remedies.
